The service

Wishwell lets you create celebration pages, collect wishes and e-cards, run countdowns, and coordinate group gifts for the dates that matter.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and provide accurate details when registering. Guests can add wishes and contribute to a pool through an invite link without creating an account.

Acceptable use

• Only share content you have the right to share.
• No unlawful, harassing, or misleading content.
• No spamming invite links or abusing the service.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

Group pools and gifts

Pools are a way for participants to coordinate a gift together. Any money involved moves between the participants and their chosen payment methods — Wishwell provides the coordination, not financial services.

Availability

Wishwell is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may change over time, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or other operational reasons.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wishwell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we will post the new version here; continuing to use Wishwell after that means you accept the changes.
